Delivery information
Orders are typically delivered within:
- 3–5 working days
- Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
Please note:
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur during busy periods (e.g., Christmas, Royal Mail strikes, severe weather) You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched
Delivery Method
All orders are sent via Royal Mail or another trusted UK courier.
Missing or Delayed Orders.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at hello@flowerbedprints.co.uk and we will assist you.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when you can return items and how refunds work.
UK‑Only Returns
We only accept returns from UK addresses, as we do not ship outside the UK.
Return Eligibility
You may return unused, unopened, non‑personalised items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
- Items must be in original condition
- Packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Handwritten message cards
- These items are exempt because they are made to your specifications
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Provide photos of the issue
- We will replace or refund the affected item if the error is ours
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Refunds typically take 3–7 working days to appear
- Original shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return postage unless:
- The item was damaged on arrival
- We sent the wrong item
- We agree otherwise in writing
