Use of Our Website

By using this website, you agree to:

Products & Descriptions

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • All sizes and dimensions are approximate
  • If you have questions about a product, please contact us before ordering

Ordering & Payment

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • Payment must be made at checkout
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues)
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We may update prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom only. We are not able to ship outside of the UK.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. We can not return handwritten message cards (as these are customised to your instructions). Refunds are issued once items are received and inspected. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Handwritten Messages

We offer a handwritten message service where we write your chosen message inside the greeting card on your behalf. By using this service, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring all text submitted is accurate, including spelling, names, dates, and punctuation
  • We will reproduce your message exactly as provided, unless formatting adjustments are required for readability
  • We are not liable for errors in the message text that were supplied by you
  • We may refuse to write messages that contain content that is offensive, illegal, discriminatory, or infringes copyright
  • Handwritten message cards are customised items and therefore cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of damage or error caused by us

Intellectual Property

All card designs, artwork, branding, and website content belong to Flowerbed Prints. You may not:

  • Reproduce or resell our designs
  • Use our images or text without permission

Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes:

  • Contact information
  • Order details
  • Payment information (processed securely by third‑party providers)

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Losses caused by incorrect use of our website
  • Delays outside our control
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
